Meredith Belbins werk, onderzoek en publicaties kennen een sterke internationale inslag. Hij werkt(e) in zijn onderzoeken samen met wetenschappers over de hele wereld en was o.a. adviseur van de OECD. Zijn model blijkt toepasbaar in landen en voor mensen en organisaties met hele verschillende achtergronden, oriëntaties en culturen.
Intussen is ‘Belbin’ voor mensen en organisaties van Europa tot de Verenigde Staten en van Chili tot Nigeria en China een begrip. Nog steeds is Belbin UK, het internationale hoofdkantoor, gevestigd in Cambridge. In ons land is onze partner Belbin Nederland de officiële vertegenwoordiger. Die zijn er ook nog in ruim dertig andere landen. Intussen dragen duizenden adviseurs, trainers en gebruikers bij aan de doorontwikkeling van het gedachtegoed en het instrumentarium.
